The Reset Kitchen was born from a simple belief: eating well shouldn't feel overwhelming.

Between long workdays, grocery shopping, meal planning, cooking, and the temptation of takeout, staying consistent with healthy habits in New York City can feel nearly impossible. We wanted to create a better way.

Every Sunday, we bring people together to prepare delicious, nourishing meals for the week ahead. In just two hours, you'll leave with 12 meals ready to go, saving time, reducing stress, and making healthy eating the easy choice.

Our sessions are guided by two chefs with over 15 years of culinary experience, who carefully craft menus that strike the perfect balance between nutrition and flavor. We believe healthy food should never feel restrictive or boring. Expect meals that are healthy, nutritious, and genuinely delicious.
